Silent Meditation and Kirtan Retreat
Dear friends,
You’re warmly invited to our bi-monthly Silent Meditation & Kiirtan Day at our community home, The Heartfield Collective - a full-day immersion in stillness, kiirtan, and collective presence. We are continuing to build this steady rhythm of gathering every two months, deepening together in devotion and shared silence.
See below for the next dates.
This immersive retreat weaves three extended sessions of kiirtan and silent meditation — 45 minutes of devotional chant followed by 45 minutes of silent sitting, repeated throughout the day.
The vibration of kiirtan opens the heart and softens the mind, allowing meditation to naturally deepen into presence. As we sit together in silence, the shared field supports a depth of stillness and connection that can be difficult to access alone.
Stepping away from the busyness of life into sustained silence is a powerful practice — one that builds inner resilience, strengthens self-reliance, and expands our capacity to meet life with steadiness and clarity.
From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, we will observe silence, except during kiirtan singing.
